I’ve been enjoying wearing darker fall colors and today I was in the mood for green, so I grabbed my bottle of Gelish A Runway for the Money. It’s a dark, hunter green from the House of Gelish Collection (see my other swatches from this collection here). This polish wrinkles easily if you apply it too thick, but two thin coats does the trick. I punched it up with a coat of Grand Jewels, a gold and holographic glitter topper, and a few crystals. The crystals are Swarovski XILION Rose Flatback Khaki that I picked up from ArtBeads.com.

How do u apply your stones?? I tried once with the gelish but it caused some really ugly lifting & peeling. Do you just adhere them and let them be or do you have a top coat you use?? I have tons of them but after my first epic failure…. I don’t know what to do!!
I use the Gelish Foundation gel as the glue underneath the gem. I didn’t top coat this time, but I usually do apply a layer of top coat over the gems to help them stay on longer.
The mani with the stones are so pretty. I love what you did with your mani for it looks so elegant and classy. Love it!
