Ibd Smokey Plum with Stripes 12

I tried a new SOG polish today by Ibd called Smokey Plum. It’s a great color for fall. Of course after a few hours of applying my polish, I couldn’t help myself and had to jazz them up a little. I added a stripe of holographic polish by Color Club called Fashion Addict and then used pink striping tape for clean, crisp lines. I topped it off with my Gelish top coat.

Here is the Smokey Plum before I added the stripes.  It looks a a little more purple in the day light.

IBD Soak Off Gel Polish – Meteorite Swatch 4

IBD is the next brand of gel polish that I’m trying out.  This color is called Meteorite.  So far I have no complaints about this polish – the application went smoothly and I don’t see any wear on the tips yet after having it on for 2 days like I did with Daisy.  The color is a little darker and a less sparkly than I anticipated, but it’s nice.
