This is so pretty!
Very pretty. While applying the topcoat did any of the glitter stick to the brush? If so how do you remove it? Thanks :)
I didn’t have any glitter on the top coat brush, but if it does happen just use a lint free cloth and some alcohol to wipe the brush off.
Okay thanks :)
Gorgeous! Thanks for tutorial!
Thank you very much for the tutorial, it’s very interesting!
In the first layer of top coat isn’t enought to cover the glitters, do you pass directly a second layer or do you clean the first layer? Do you pass buffer from the first top coat layer and the second one?
It doesn’t matter whether you wipe the tacky layer off first or not before adding the second layer of top coat.
Hi Andrea I wondered if you could let me know what type of glitter you ordered from artsyfartsy_crafts on ebay as I followed your link but there are no many types? Thanks x
Sorry i meant so many types!
Hi Isabelle. I actually have a few custom glitters that aren’t in the store, but the type is “ultrafine”.
Thankyou!
Okay, I just found you via a google image search looking for good pictures of “Sunrise and the City.” Now, even as only semi-girly as I am, I’m addicted. I <3 color!
I'm in desperate need of a manicure, so I think I'm going to give this a try, but with a reddish undertone (1 layer black cherry berry spread VERRRY thin?), and some fine coppery mineral powder I have. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
Do you remember the exact name of this glitter? I love it and would like to try to duplicate it. I just ordered a bunch from artsyfartsy and can’t wait to get them!
Thanks!
Mine was a custom blend that I don’t believe is available for purchase.
Hi, I looked into the purchasing this INK blue color polish and I read somewhere that you have to use the ink gel system because it is not compaitible with other products. I cannot seem to find the base and top coat for this product. Any suggestions??
Thanks!!
You can mix and match brands. I wear INK with my Gelish base & top.
Here is the link to this glitter mix – it is called “take me away”

Thanks, Sandy!
Quick question you said you cured for one minute in the video on this glitter gradient, was this with the 18G or a UV? If the 18G why so long and if a UV Lamp why not just use the 18G for the 30 Seconds? Thanks hon, just looking for clarification on which lamp and why?
I don’t remember now. I probably mis-spoke since I always use my 18G LED which only requires a 30 second cure.
how do you remove gel glitter polish? I have tried soaking it off with the foils and acetone but it will not budge.
The process is the same as any other gel polish, it just may take a little longer.
