More Gelish “Love in Bloom” Comparisons

At the request of many, I have some more Gelish color comparisons for you today.  First up are the oranges.  Here I compared A Petal For Your Thoughts, Tiger Blossum, Tiki Tiki Laranga, Orange Cream Dream and Sweet Morning Dew.  A Petal For Your Thoughts is actually pink, but it does have some orange undertones so I thought I would include it here.  You can see here that they are all very distinct and different colors, and the new Sweet Morning Dew is more of a peachy shade.

I also did some purple comparisons. Here we have He Loves Me He Loves Me Not, Starburst, Carnival Hangover, and Samuri.  Again, they are all very different colors.  I hope this helps you when deciding whether to purchase colors from the new Love in Bloom collection!  He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not is a very unique shade and is one of my favorites for this spring.  :)  It’s actually slightly lighter than it appears in this picture.

I thank you for the Fabulous Gelish Swatches; my wallet does not. heheh
He Loves me He Loves Me Not reminds me of Deborah Lippmann’s “I Know What Boys Like,” which is one of my favorite spring colors.

As it was me who asked for the purple comparison, I wanted to say a big thank you for that one in particular. Doesn’t Carnival Hangover look pinky? I’ve seen people say that the “mini” is pinky, but the full size is much more purple, so I reckon you must have the mini. (We can’t get mini’s in Britain).

I’m still undecided which orange to get, but those colours are a really good comparison. I tried Tiger Blossom once, but it didn’t seem to suit me. But I like the look of Orange Cream Dream – and yet, Morning Dew is really nice too. Decisions, decisions… Must. Not. Cave. In. And. Buy. Both. ;-)

I would have left a comment days ago, but I’ve just only figured out how to do it on your blog! Thanks again.

Hi Jane. I actually have the full size of Carnival Hangover and I was surprised that it was so pink since other pictures I’ve seen have looked a little more purple. I just wore Orange Cream Dream for a few days and it’s an awesome color for spring/summer. Morning Dew applies a little thick but I also really like that color. Eh, who am I kidding, I like them all! I also love Tiger Blossum – it’s one of my favorite summer colors. LOL

That’s interesting about Carnival Hangover. In the end, I ordered He Loves Me Not and decided that will have to do when it comes to purples. Also in the basket was Sweet Morning Dew. I managed to resist anymore, as I kept telling myself that summer was only so long and I could only wear so many oranges in one season.

These comparisons are so so helpful! Thanks so much for taking the time to put them together. I would love to see a comparison on non-see through nude/light pink colors of Gelish. Something that you would put over your whole nail and not just use for french manicures. I am always so worried about buying one for fear that it would be streaky and need a million coats before it covered well and wasn’t see-through at all. The swatches on the Gelish website all look basically the same and you can never tell what kind of coverage you’ll get. Thanks!
