Gelish Trends – All that Glitters is Gold & Am I Making You Gelish? Swatches
I have two quick swatches of some Gelish Trends glitter toppers. These two Trends are pretty much identical with different sized glitter and some holographic effects except one is silver and the other is gold. In the pictures below, I applied two coats of the toppers over different colored bases – clear, white, black & red, so that you can see how they can be used to spice up any mani.

Love the fun stuff you show! I’ve used Gelish now almost 4 years, but do not like or think we that are professionals should support getting our products from Sally’ s Beauty, we are supposed to be above where the public can shop, frustrated that mfg’s don’t distinguish better as well.
“Above” where the public can shop? Haha, that’s ridiculous. Seems like a self-imposed restriction based on a lot of assumptions. Another assumption is that Andrea is a professional nail tech promoting Sally’s (addressed elsewhere on her site).

Do you know of any colors that are more coverage of glitter? Where two coats would make the whole nail area look 100 percent covered in glitter? I can’t find any so far the only way I’ve been able to get that is mixing actual glitter in with it.
