Gelish Sizzling Summer Nights Collection Swatches
Yes, I know it’s the middle of winter (at least it is here in the US), but today I have the Gelish Sizzling Summer Collection to share with you. These polishes are all “showstoppers” in my opinion! I can’t believe I waited this long to try these colors… they are stunning! These all had full coverage with just two coats and applied flawlessly.
This is Sunrise and the City, a gorgeous duochrome. It really does remind me of a sunrise with the burning shades of orange.
This is Shake Your Money Maker, a sparkly olive green. I didn’t expect to like this one, but once it was applied I LOVED it!
This is Showstopping! Wow… this one totally blew me away. I took pics of this one in the lightbox and under an OttLite to try to show you how shiny and sparkly it is, but the photos still don’t do this color justice. Love, love, love!
And finally, this is Big City Siren, a sparkly red beauty.
These are really great shades – way more inventive than anything before from this company! I have found I don’t need to stick with polishes made for LED/UV lamp curing long as I use a lamp cured top coat…that was a real plus for me as I have a huge stash of great shades and would hate to never wear them because I was addicted to the lamp and the extra wear time gels give you. Also using only the top coat for lamps helps reduce the time and effort it takes to remove the stuff.
Sunrise in the City…..WOW. I just put in an order for it on Amazon. My lord is that a pretty color!
Yea, I didn’t expect to like these as much as I did. That one was really pretty. Big City Siren was the only one that didn’t totally wow me, but I think that’s because I already have several sparkly reds. The other colors were all totally unique.
I adore Gelish and this looks fun for spring/summer. :)
